Officers then launched a drug trafficking investigation into a home on the 100 block of Rosemont Avenue in June, Coatesville police said.

After obtaining a search warrant, investigators raided the home on Thursday, Sept. 1, and discovered Renee Bloom, 43, and Danielle Starck, 58, among heroin, crack cocaine, and other drug paraphenalila, they said.

During the search, a codes department was also called to the home, where they determined that it had been uninhabitable, police said.

Bloom, who was wanted on two other warrants, was arraigned on new charges, and subsequently taken to Chester County Prison in lieu of her $13,000 combined bail, authorities said.

Meanwhile, Starck was awaiting arraignment, as she was being treated for a medical condition.
